  112.         <p>This will open a web browser to the Paint.NET forum website where 
  113.         there is an active user community.</p>

  117.         <p>This will open a web browser to the section of the Paint.NET forum 
  118.         that is dedicated to publishing tutorials. These tutorials run the gamut 
  119.         from easy to advanced, including such effects as "fiery text", exploding 
  120.         planets, and how to draw cartoons. The contents are constantly being 
  121.         added to or updated, so be sure to check back often!</p>

  124.         <h3><a name="Plugins"></a>Plugins</h3>
  125.         <p>This will open a web browser to the section of the Paint.NET forum 
  126.         that is dedicated to publishing plugins. Some examples of plugins 
  127.         include support for the DDS and PCX file formats, a "toon" effect, drop 
  128.         shadows, and a very useful and unique "conditional hue and saturation" 
  129.         plugin. Please note that these plugins are provided by members of the 
  130.         forum, and the Paint.NET team can provide no support for them.</p>

  133.         <h3><a name="SendFeedbackOrBugReport"></a>Send feedback or bug report</h3>
  134.             <p>This will launch your default e-mail client with a template that 
  135.             enables you to either send a bug report or general feedback 
  136.             regarding Paint.NET.</p>
  137.             <p>If you are sending a bug, please make sure to include the 
  138.             following information:</span></p>

  140.                 <li><p>A step-by-step description of how to reproduce the 
  141.                 problem, error, or crash</p></li>
  142.                 <li><p>If you are reporting a crash, please include the contents 
  143.                 of the "pdncrash.log" file which is on your desktop (if you can 
  144.                 not find this file, then don't worry about it).</p></li>
  145.                 <li><p>A brief description of your computer's specifications. 
  146.                 This includes the CPU type and speed, amount of memory (not hard 
  147.                 drive space), and version of Windows.</p></li>

  151.         <p>This submenu will let you choose which language Paint.NET is 
  152.         displayed in.</p>

  155.         <h3><a name="CheckForUpdates"></a>Check for Updates</h3>
  156.             <p>By default, Paint.NET automatically checks for updates every five 
  157.             (5) days. It only checks for updates while it is running (a 
  158.             background program is not installed to do this), and no personal 
  159.             information is transmitted from your computer during the process (it 
  160.             works by downloading a text file from the Paint.NET website and 
  161.             inspecting its contents). </p>

  169.         In Windows XP and Windows Server 2003, Paint.NET will only check for 
  170.         updates for users who are part of the Administrators group, and will 
  171.         only allow these users to use the Check for Updates command. </p>

  173.         In Windows Vista, Paint.NET will allow any user to check for updates. 
  174.         However, in order to install the update or to change the update options 
  175.         you must provide elevation consent (via UAC), or provide the login 
  176.         credentials for a user with administrator privileges.</p>
